  • OPeNDAP += PROV [pingback]
    • implemented http://opendap.tw.rpi.edu/prov-pingback, writes into Prizms SDV
      • Refuses to accept any URI outside of a 3-namespace whitelist
      • Deletes anything that isn't RDF
      • Refuses to publish any RDF that doesn't have PROV in it.
    • Patrick branched opendap SVN to github.
    • Patrick installed OLFS to get HTTP access
    • Patrick created prov_module OPeNDAP module, buildable and deployable at opendap.tw
    • activity diagram for the tracer.
    • started IPAW paper narrative, have abstract, some intro, some related work.
    • started disneyland LiDAR use case
    • Waiting to [OPeNDAPPROV 2014 Jan 31 checkpoint with Patrick]
  • Dabbled with reimplementing git2prov -- it's not linked data, or even web data :-/

FUSE Virtuoso 7 Triple store loaded and available. 6.5 "with a Bee" billion triples. 10 separate files, 2 hours each 125GB Virtuoso 7 database file Virtuoso 7 configured to use 32GB of memory run across 20 threads

OPeNDAP provenance work with Tim Talking with Nathan Potter regarding their suggested implementation of prov Will need to chat with Tim about this https://scm.opendap.org/trac/ticket/2065 (purely XML based, not W3C Prov) They are implementing this over the next 2 weeks
