Discussions

So, I'd like to spend tomorrow's meeting doing a "dry run" of consensus on the spreadsheet. If you look at the "Remarks" column F, the text is orangey-brown if it is marked with CONSENSUS.

During the meeting tomorrow, I'd like to walk down this column and reach CONSENSUS on as much as we can. The intent of CONSENSUS at this point is that, based on the discussions and remarks, the team

  A) understands what is happening and
  B) does not have an objection to what is happening.

If the intent is not clear, then we need to further explain and discuss it. If we have an objection, we need to log the objection and assign an ISSUE [3] if we can not clear it up in a few minutes.
